摘要
对 SHS/ PHIP技术制备出的 Ti C- Fe金属陶瓷的微观组织结构进行了分析和研究。结果表明 ,Ti C与 Fe之间有一扩散层 ,随着 Fe含量的增加 ,扩散层厚度和颗粒尺寸减小 ,且反应趋于不完全 ,TF40金属陶瓷中发现以石墨为主的板条状组织。在 Fe粘结相中发现少量析出相 Fe2 Ti;Ti
The microstructure of TiC-Fe cermets prepared by SHS/PHIP was studied. A thin diffusion layer was found between Fe and TiC. As the Fe content was increased, the thickness of diffusion layer and the particle size of TiC were decreased, and the combustion reaction became incomplete since some of the lath structures consisting mainly of C were found in Fe-binder phase of TiC-40Fe. There existed a little of Fe2Ti precipitate phase in Fe-binder phase. A great deal of dislocation was observed in TiC grains.
