摘要
采用电场激活压力辅助SHS法制备了TiC+15%Ni+20%Fe物相体系金属间化合物基复合材料。分析表明TiC+15%Ni+20%Fe物相体系生成物中主要相为TiC,基体成分为NiTi2与FeNi金属间化合物;随着压力增加,生成物成分更均匀,密度增大,表面硬度和显微硬度值也显著提高。
In this paper, TiC+15%Ni+20%Fe system intermetallic composite materials were prepared by FASHS with external pressure at high temperature. It was indicated that the main constituent of TiC-15%Ni-20%Fe products is TiC and the base materials was composed of NiTi2 and FeNi intermetallic compounds. With increase of external mechanical pressure, the uniform distribution of constituent got better and the density of products increased; the surface hardness and micro hardness were improved greatly.
