摘要
目的 :探讨 13/ 2 1α卫星探针细胞间期FISH分析在不同类型的 2 1三体征表达特点及相互关系。方法 :采用核型分析后 ,对 3种不同类型的 2 1三体进行间期FISH。结果 :按照核内含 5个荧光杂交信号的细胞比例大于 81.5 %定为 2 1三体诊断标准 ,标准型均可确诊 ,易位型诊断率为 5 0 % ,嵌合型只要三体细胞系的比例大于 5 0 %也可确诊。结论 :13/ 2 1α卫星探针间期FISH诊断 2 1三体与染色体核型分析基本一致。
Objective:to Investigate the characteristics and correlation of 12/21 α-satellite probes for inter-FISH diagnosis of three kinds of Down's syndrome.Method:Three kinds of caryotypes were performed by inter-FISH.Result:The diagnosis standard of Down's syndrome was that the percentage of the cells which have five signals in the nucleus was above 81.5%.All SDS werediagnosed,50% of TDS were diagnosed,MDS can also be diagnosed if the triploid cell line were more than 50%.Conclusion:The diagnosis result of down's syndrome by13/21α-satellite probes inter-FISH were correspondent with that of caryotype analyses.
