摘要 荧光原位杂交技术是一门新兴的分子细胞遗传学技术,主要介绍了该技术的产生过程、基本原理、探针类型和标记方法以及发展历史,并对该技术在染色体识别中的应用作出展望。 Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)technology is a new promising molecular cytogenetic technique. In this paper,we briefly introduce the Production process, fundamental principle, probe types and labeling and development of FISH, additionally, summarize the future prospects of the application of FISH on chromosome identification.
