摘要
研究了不同抗旱性小麦品种 73- 11和晋 2 148的根系在水分胁迫下的蛋白质代谢差异。结果表明 ,小麦幼苗在渗透势为 - 0 .0 2 5和 - 0 .0 5 MPa的 PEG溶液中胁迫 3d,抗旱品种 73- 11根中的蛋白质含量上升 ,而敏感品种晋2 148的根中蛋白质含量下降。将胁迫时间延长至 5 d,二个品种的蛋白质含量均下降 ,但抗旱品种下降的幅度大于敏感品种。游离氨基酸分析表明 ,二个品种在水分胁迫下游离氨基酸的水平均升高 ,且抗旱品种 73- 11累积氨基酸的速度小于敏感品种晋 2
The difference of the protein metabolism of root between two wheat varieties 73 11 and Jin 2148 was studied under water stress. Under water stress -0.025 MPa and -0.05 MPa for three days, the protein content of the 73 11 seedlings was increased and that of Jin 2148 seedlings was decreased. If the time of water stress was prolonged for five days, the protein content of both varieties was decreased, and the drcreased range of the drought resistant variety (73 11) was more than that of the sensitive one (Jin 2148). By means of analysis, the result showed that the level of free amino acid of the two varieties was risen under water stress, and the speed of accumulating amino acid of the dronght resistant variety 73 11 was slower than that of sensistive variety Jin 2148.
