低能离子束介导外源DNA转入小麦种胚中对小麦幼苗叶片蛋白水解酶酶谱的影响 被引量:11

摘要 利用低能离子束介导法将大豆 DNA导入小麦种子胚中 ,通过复性电泳技术分析了受体小麦幼苗叶片中蛋白水解酶的变化 ,结果表明 :(1)离子束介导大豆 DNA片段的小麦幼苗叶片中的蛋白水解酶酶谱有明显变化 ,出现 45和 2 80 k D两条新的酶带 ;(2 )小麦幼苗叶片中 45和 2 0 5 k D蛋白水解酶的活性受环境影响较大 ;(3) 68和 72k D两条酶带在各处理的不同 p H条件下均具较强活性 ;(4 )不同 p The changes of proteinase zymography of wheat leaves with soybean DNA transducted into by irradiation of low energy were analysed. The results showed that, (1) the proteinase zymography of wheat irradiated soybean DNA had changed obviously, and two new proteinase (45 and 280 kD) were present; (2) Some proteinase activities such as 45 and 205 kD protinease could be greatly affected by environment; (3) two proteinase with 68 and 72 kD molecular weight had kept strong activities under different pH; (4) the proteinase zymography had changed obviously under different pH.
