摘要
通过用质量浓度 0 0 5g/L溴敌隆不同毒饵饵料对农田鼠类和家栖鼠类无选择性和有选择性摄食试验表明 ,农田鼠类喜吃大米、小麦毒饵 ,综合平均取食率分别为 2 3 .87%、2 3 .3 9% ,家栖鼠类喜吃玉米、小麦毒饵 ,综合平均取食率分别为 3 3 .52 %、2 9.4 9% ;从毒杀效果来看 ,以大米、小麦毒饵毒杀农田鼠类效果最好 ,防效分别达 88.67%、86.66% ,以玉米毒饵毒杀家栖鼠类效果好 ,防效达 85.84 %。各地应根据当地优势鼠种有针对性地选择毒饵铒料 。
The results of selective and nonselective intake tests on farm rats and home rats with Bromchlophos 0 05 g/L of different baits showed that farm rats like to eat poison baits made of rice and wheat,their average intake rate were 23.87% and 23.39% respectively. While home rats like to eat those made of corn and wheat,average intake rate were 33.52% and 29.49% respectively.Killing effects of poison baits made of rice and wheat against farm rats were the best,up to 88.67% and 86.66% respectively,and poison bait made of corn gave 85.84% control of home rats,ranking first. So the choice of poison baits should base on local dominant rats and use alternately.
