PVC管“毒饵站”在农区灭鼠中的应用效果 被引量:41

摘要 采用PVC管“毒饵站”和竹筒“毒饵站”投放0.005%溴鼠灵毒饵,对农田区鼠类和住宅区鼠类的适口性和防治效果进行了对比试验。结果表明,PVC管“毒饵站”投放毒饵对农田区鼠类的平均取食率为25.58%,防治效果为84.14%;竹筒“毒饵站”的平均取食率为25.49%,防治效果为77.73%。PVC管“毒饵站”投放毒饵对住宅区鼠类的平均取食率为33.23%,防治效果为82.92%;竹筒“毒饵站”的平均取食率为33.97%,防治效果为88.88%,两者取食率和防治效果差异均不显著。说明两种“毒饵站”投放毒饵对农田区鼠类和住宅区鼠类的取食无影响,都具有良好的适口性和防治效果,是一种很好的灭鼠投饵方法,可在贵州省广大农区灭鼠中推广应用。在竹材馈乏地区,应用PVC管“毒饵站”统一灭鼠更具有推广价值。 For controlling rodents, the effect of edibility and killing rate by applying PVC tube bait station and bamboo tube bait station containing 0.005% Brodifacoum were compared in farming land and residential site. The results showed that eating rate and killing rate of bait in PVC tube station to the field rodents are 25.58% and 84.14% respectively, similar to those (25.49% and 77.73%) of bait in bamboo tube bait station. The results also suggested that eating rate and killing rate of bait in PVC tube station to the house rodents are 33.23% and 82.92% respectively, similar to those (33.97% and 88.88%) of bait in bamboo tube bait (station). These results indicated that there are not obvious different between the effect of bamboo tube bait station and PVC tube bait station on edibility and killing rate. The PVC tube bait station can be used broadly for killing rodents in all places including the area lacking of bamboo.
