摘要
目的研究溴敌隆颗粒毒饵是否适合武汉居民住宅及住宅楼灭鼠。方法在住宅楼梯及长外廊投放少量稻谷毒饵测试老鼠盗食点,再在盗食点投放颗粒毒饵,每周处理1次,试验8周。灭前、灭后用粉迹板测试鼠密度。实验人员每周一次进入分散的居民住宅,用溴敌隆颗粒毒饵灭鼠,并对居民进行面对面灭鼠宣传,直到鼠情消失或试验期达到8周。试验结束前评估灭效。结果灭前住宅楼梯及长外廊老鼠阳性率60.0%,灭后阳性率4.7%,灭效92.2%。入户测试住宅64户,8周灭鼠有效、部分有效及无效住宅分别占76.6%、12.5%及10.9%。有效户和部分有效户8周平均用颗粒毒饵170 g。结论溴敌隆颗粒毒饵适合用于武汉居民住宅及住宅楼灭鼠。
Objective To investigate if bromadiolone bait pellets were suitable for rodent control in urban dwellings and residence buildings in Wuhan. Methods A small amount of bromadiolone paddy bait was laid on staircases and external corridors of 2 residence buildings to detect bait consumed spots,and then bromadiolone bait pellets were laid on these spots.Rodent density was estimated by track plates before and after control.Researchers manipulated bromadiolone bait pellets control of commensal rodent for scattered dwellings and the residents were given rodent control education.The two trials were carried out for 8 weeks,follow-up practices were taken once a week.The efficacy in these dwellings was estimated before the end of the trial.Results The positive rates of staircases and external corridors before and after control were 60.0% and 4.7%,deratization rate was 92.2%.64 dwellings were investigated.The percent of effective,partly effective and none effective control dwellings were 76.6%,12.5% and 10.9% respectively.The average dosage of bromadiolone bait pellets per house for effective and partly effective dwellings was 170 g.Conclusion Bromadiolone bait pellets is suitable for rodent control in urban dwellings and residence buildings in Wuhan.
