摘要
中药蓼大青叶的基源为蓼科蓼属植物蓼蓝 (PolygonumtinctoriumAit) ,同属植物的水蓼 (辣蓼 ) ,(P .hy dropiperL .)的叶常作其伪品。本文采用PCR直接测序法 ,首次测定了它们的核糖体DNAITS区序列 ,结果显示 ,两者序列长度 (ITS 1、5 .8S、ITS 2 )均为 6 46bp ,序列间共有 2 8个变异位点。
As the traditional Chinese Medicine ,Liaodaqingye (Folium Polygoni Tinctorii) is from Polygonum tinotorium Ait.Its counterfeit form P. hydropiper L. Their nuclear ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS)regions were first sequenced. Sequence analysis showed that the ITS region(including 5.8S coding reion)of P.tinctorium Ait. is 646bp in length, and that of P.hydropiper L.is 646bp.There are 28 variable sites (including 5.8 S coding region) in pairwise comparison of the sequence.This study could provide significant data for molecular identification of indigo plant at DNA level.
