摘要
概述了近年来中药DNA分子鉴定技术在国内外的发展与应用。分析了RFLP、RAPD、DNA序列分析等常用技术的特点及在动、植物药材鉴定中的应用情况,展望了DNA分子鉴定技术在中药鉴定中的前景。
Wang Zhengtao (Laboratory of Raw Pharmacognosy, College of Chinese Pharmacology, China University of Chinese Materia Medica, Nanjing 210038, Jiangsu Province, China)This article generally states the development and application of the technology for DNA molecular identification to traditional Chinese medicine in China and abroad recent years analyzes the characteristics of the commonly-used techniques for sequential analysis, such as RFLP, RAPD and DNA and their application to the identification of medicinal animals and plants and looks forward to the prospects of this technology in the identification of Chinese medicines.
