摘要
为鉴别福建、广东、四川、浙江金华 4种不同产地佛手果化学成分的异同 ,应用薄层色谱分别对其佛手醇的提取物和挥发油进行了定性分析。结果表明 ,在环己烷 -乙酸乙酯 (75∶2 5 )的展开系统 ,4种佛手醇的薄层色谱显示斑点不相一致 ;在苯-乙酸乙酯 (9.6∶0 .4)的展开系统 ,佛手挥发油的薄层色谱显示
With the method of thin layer chromatography;To extract the chemical constituents of the ethanol distill liquid and volatile oil of Bergamot that from four species.It was found that the contents of different Bergamot have four similar compounds.But each bergamot has special compound.
