摘要
目的 探讨海蛇乙醇浸出物 (AEBFSS)在小鼠体内、体外对免疫系统的影响。 方法 体外试验 :采用 AEBFSS与小鼠脾细胞共孵育 72 h,测定 T、B淋巴细胞转化功能 ;体内试验 :采用每天灌胃给予小鼠 1次 AEBFSS,共 6天。测定脾脏中 T淋巴细胞转化功能和溶血素抗体生成水平。 结果 在体外条件下低浓度 AEBFSS促进 T、B淋巴细胞增殖 ,高浓度时则作用相反 ;在体内条件下低浓度 AEBFSS能增加 B细胞生成溶血素抗体 ,对 T细胞增殖无明显影响 ,高浓度则抑制 T、B细胞功能。
Objective To explore the effect of seasnake alcoho extracts(AEBFSS) on the mouse immune system in vitro and in vivo Methods In vitro test was made by mixing AEBFSS with spleen lymphocyte culture and cultivating them for 72h(37℃,5%CO 2),then the proliferation of spleen T lyumphocytes and B lymphocytes was examined by 3H TdR uptake In vivo test was established by injecting AEBFSS into the mouse mouth one time per day for 6 days,then the proliferation of T lymphocytes was examined by 3H TdR uptake and the concentration of the immune hemolysin secreted by B lymphocytes was assayed by complement combination method Results in vitro the low concentrations of AEBFSS helped the prolifreation of spleen T and B lymphocytes,and converse the high concentrations was In vivo the low concentrations of AEBFSS promoted the production of the immune hemolysin and didn't affect the prolferation of the T lymphocytes but the high concentrations contained the T and B lymphocytes function Conclusion AEBFSS possesses the effects of double direction regulation on the immune function of the mouse [
