摘要
目的:研究紫七软肝颗粒对正常及免疫低下小鼠免疫系统的影响。方法:用碳粒廓清实验研究紫七软肝颗粒对正常小鼠网状内皮系统及脾脏指数、胸腺指数的影响;用环磷酰胺造成免疫低下模型,观察紫七软肝颗粒对2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)诱导的迟发性超敏反应(DTH)及小鼠血清溶血素含量的影响,并测定小鼠脾脏指数及胸腺指数。结果与结论:紫七软肝颗粒能增强正常小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬功能,增强由环磷酰胺造成的免疫低下小鼠的迟发性超敏反应和血清溶血素含量,增加脾脏指数及胸腺指数。
Objective : To study the effect of ZiqiYuangan on immunity effects in normal mice and mice with immunodepression. Methods : The immunodepression mice models were induced by injection of Cy. The immunomodulation activity of ZiqiYuangan was studied by carbon clearance test in normal mice, delayed type hypersensitiveity (DTH) induced by DNFB and serum hemolysin in immunodepression mice. The index of thymus gland and spleen were also studied. Result and Conclusions: ZiqiYuangan could improve the ability of clearance of charcoal particle in normal mice, enhance delayed type hypersensitivity and increase the level of serum hemolysin in mice with immunodepression by injection cyclophosphamide. ZiqiYuangan could also increase the index of thymus gland and spleen.
