摘要
鄱阳湖区日趋严重的洪灾是多种因素造成的 ,其中生态环境恶化是一个重要因素 .通过对植被破坏、水土流失、围湖造田等问题的分析 ,探讨洪灾与生态环境退化之间的密切关系 ,进而从全流域、大系统的角度出发 ,提出相应的防灾减灾对策 .
Flooding disasters in PoYang Lake Region that are more and more serious are caused by many kinds of factors, but degeneration of ecological environment isthe important one ofthese,by giving a general analysis about the actual problem such as deforestation, water and soil loss, reclamation of lake for agricultural cultivation, this paper intents to explore the relationship between flooding disasters and degeneration of ecological environment. Some countermeasures of preventing and reducing disasters are put forward.
