摘要
分析了江西春寒、小满寒、寒露风、夏季高温、洪涝、干旱等气象灾害的发生概况及对水稻生产的不利影响,从技术角度提出了相应的减灾补救措施,并从宏观战略的角度提出了防御水稻气象灾害的对策。
In this paper, the general occurring situation of weather disasters such as spring chili, summer chill （ chill of grain fills ） , autumn chili （wind of cold dew） ,high temperature of summer, flood, drought etc, and their disadvantage effects on rice production in Jiangxi province were analyzed, the relevant technical measures to reduce and remedy disasters were put forward, and the strategic countermeasures to prevent weather disasters were also proposed.
