以过二硫酸按为主氧化剂，三氯化铁为插入剂，可制得膨胀比容积为２４５ｍＬ·ｇ－１有工业利用价值的柔性石墨．该法不产生有害的ＮＯｘ气体，环境污染小．
A technique for preparation of expandable graphite is presented, in which ammonium per - sulfate and concentrated sulfuric acid act as blended oxide, and ferric trichloride is adopted as inserting agent, It has not produced the harmful NO gas.
