摘要
本文用HNO3制备无硫可膨胀石墨,对相关影响因素进行了详细的探讨,采用正交试验方法确定的最佳工艺条件是:HNO3质量百分比浓度为93%,HNO3与鳞片石墨的质量比为2.4∶1.0,反应时间是15min,反应温度为25℃。影响因素最大的是HNO3与鳞片石墨的质量比,其次是HNO3浓度、反应时间和反应温度。
Study on the sulfur- free expandable graphite was made using the nitric acid as the oxidant and the inserting reagent. The influence factors were discussed in detail, and the best reaction condition was obtained by using the orthogonal test method. The optimum technological conditions were as follows:The nitric acid quality percentage is 93%, the weight ratio of nitric acid and natural flake graphite is 2.4: 1.0, reaction time is 15 min, reaction temperature is 25℃, The descending order of affecting factors is weight ratio of nitric acid and natural flake graphite, the strength of nitric acid, reaction time, and reaction temperature.
