摘要
介绍了化学法和电化学法制备石墨插层复合材料的发展及现状,讨论了用不同插层剂制备的层间化合物的特点、插层反应的机理以及影响插层反应和石墨插层化合物性质的主要因素,总结了降低可膨胀石墨中的含硫量、灰份,增大膨胀容积的主要方法。并对石墨插层化合物在新型密封材料、电极和导电材料、发热材料、吸附材料、催化剂等方面的应用作一概述。
This paper introduced research on the preparation of graphite intercalation compounds using chemical and electrochemical methods and the characterizations of graphite intercalation compounds synthesized with different intercalants are discussed in it. We also studied the principle of intercalation reactions and the main factors influencing intercalation reactions and characterizations of graphite intercalation compounds. The methods of decreasing sulfur content and ash content of expansible graphite and increasing the volume of expandsion were talked about. The diverse properties of graphite intercalation compounds suggest a number of applications of these materials to mechanical, electrical and chemical engineering process. Graphite intercalation compounds can be made as battery and electrode materials and other materials to seal up and give out heat. They have other applications such as chemical catalytic applications, conductivity applications, et al. We made a summary.
