Determinatin of Experimental Scheme for Full Scale Real Test of Submarine Pipe Lines under Combined Loading System of Bending and External Water Pressure

摘要 以挪威船级社—海底管道系统的国际规程为依据,在理论分析研究的基础上,确定了我国南海海底输油气管道在弯曲与外压共同作用下的实测实验方案,以及此方案中加载系统和变形量测系统的设计过程。 According to the international standard of submarine pipe line regulations formulated by Norway Ship Grade Association, an experimental scheme for full scale real test of submarine pipe line system in South Sea China under the loading system of combined bending and external water pressure is determined in this paper. This investigation is based on the theoretical analysis. In this scheme, the process of designing the loading system and also the measurement of deformation system for the submarine pipe line in the full scale test are described. The results from the final tests confirmed the scheme is valid.
