摘要
通过φ529mm管道在弯曲与外压共同作用下全尺寸实测实验结果表明,管道的应力状态具有良好的薄膜力状态,此结论完全支持了挪威船级社《海洋管道规范》等文献中关于管道耐压强度设计的规定。此外,实验还揭示了各种加载单独作用迭加与复合加载作用结果的一致性。
By the practical testing result on 529mm pipeline with combined actions of bending and external pressure, it has shown that pipeline stress state bas a good film stress state. This result totally supports the regulations of Offshore Pipeline Code by Det Norske Veritas for pipeline pressure design. In addition, the test also shows that the result has no difference between iterative addition of various single loadings and compound loadings.
