TIE-IN TECHNIQUES FOR SUBSEA PIPELINES

摘要 在特定海况和复杂海底地貌、地质情况下,如何将新开发的管道并入已建的海底输油气管道,以保证油气高效、安全地输送,是海底管道回接技术需要解决的问题。对短管尺寸水下测量方法、深水管道对准方法进行了介绍,重点介绍了水下焊接、水下机械联接、水下带压开孔3种海底管道回接方法;分析了我国深水管道回接技术研发的重要性,提出了我国海底管道回接技术研发的关键技术。 Under peculiar sea condition and complicated land features and geological situation at the sea floor, tie-in techniques for subsea pipelines are essential to target the issue of how to joint the newly-developed pipeline with the previously-built subsea pipeline while ensuring oil and gas supply high-efficiently and safely. Therefore, this paper analyzed the status quo and the research and development on tie-in techniques for subsea pipelines worldwide, and also gave out a broad overview of measurement methods of linear dimension for spools, alignment methods of deepwater pipelines and tie-in methods of subsea pipelines including mechanical connection method, underwater welding method, and hot tapping method. In addition, this paper put forward key techniques on tie-in technique for subsea pipelines, and the future development of tie-in technique for the deepwater pipelines.
