The method of developing medical records management system of single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) is discussed. Using Visual C ++ 6.0, the management system is developed to supervise both image and text data for medical records in the form of database. Using the management system, one can input all the image and text data needed for medical records conveniently, and doctors can open many kinds of SPECT image of patient to read and give diagnoses conclusion.
