摘要
随着心肌显像仪器和显像剂的多样化发展和完善 ,心肌显像技术已从平面显像发展到断层显像、3D显示 ,从单纯的心肌灌注显像发展到代谢显像 ,其临床应用不再是只用于冠心病的诊断 ,而是面向心血管疾病的各个方面 ,特别是在心肌梗塞的诊断与鉴别诊断。
With the developed myocardial spect imaging equipment and radio_pharmaceutics, myocardial spect imaging technology have been advancing to metabolism tomorgraphy and 3D display from single polar perfusion imaging.Its clinical application was not only used to diagnose the coronary heart disease(CAD),but also used to diagnose all kinds of cardiopathy , especially used to differentiate diagnose myocardial infarction and evaluate viabli myocardium. It is useful for evaluating and estimating the curative effect and prognosis of cardiopathy.
