摘要
以酒糟为原料生产甘油是甘油来源的一条重要途径，对酒糟制甘油的生产及其后处理提取和纯化进行了综述，并 对我国现行的酒糟甘油的生产状况进行了分析与探讨。
Fermentation of distillers , grains is one of the important ways to product glycerol. In this paper, fermentation and production and downstream extraction and purification of glycerol were reviewed. In addition, the current situation of fermented and producted glycerol with distillers, grains in our country was analyzed and discussed.
