摘要
目的 :了解人群中年龄与身高的变化情况为骨质疏松的研究提供依据。方法 :采用整群随机抽样调查农村 5 0岁以上人群的身高情况。结果 :男性和女性身高均值分别为 16 0 .6 0 cm和 149.31cm,平坝和丘陵区无差异 (P>0 .2 ) ;从 5 0岁到 80岁组身高下降值女性比男性显著 (高 1.5 4cm～ 2 .84cm) ,70岁以下比 70岁以上身高下降明显。结论
Objective:To study height change with age in population in order to provide evidence for osteoporosis.Methods:Using cluster random sampling method to investigate the population(over 50 years old) in a rural area.Results:The average height value of male and female is 160 6cm and 149 31cm respectively.There is no difference between level and high land( P> 0 2);from 50～ to 80～ years group,females falling height value is significant than males(lower 1 54～2 84cm),and the falling value of under 70~ years is higher than that of upper 70～ years.Conclusion:The falls of height value of the middle aged and old people may be related to osteoporosis.
