低出生体重的早产儿和足月儿生长状况分析 被引量:6

摘要 【目的】了解低出生体重儿童1岁以内体格发育状况及患病状况,并探讨低出生体重对早产儿及足月小样儿生长发育的影响。【方法】将湖州市2006—2008年出生且1周岁内在本院进行系统保健体检满5次的210例婴儿分为低出生体重的早产儿组、足月小样儿组、正常对照组,用SPSS13.0软件分别比较12个月内身高、体重、头围的生长速率。【结果】低出生体重的早产儿及足月小样儿出生后头围率先出现追赶生长。满月后早产儿组生长速率显著超过足月小样儿(P<0.05)。至周岁时早产儿组头围追赶上正常儿童水平,但体重及身高值均是正常对照组>早产儿组>足月小样儿组。【结论】低出生体重的早产儿比足月小样儿具有更大的生长潜能。加强孕期保健,降低低出生体重的发生率是关键。 【Objective】 To explore the growth,development status and prevalence of low birth weight premature(LBWP) and mature low birth weight(MLBW). 【Methods】 210 babies,who were born between 2006 and 2008,and followed up 5 times in one year old,were divided into LBWP infant group,MLBW infant and normal birth weight(NBW)infant group.Compare respectively the growth velocity of weight,height and head circumference within 12 months after birth with SPSS13.0. 【Results】 LBWP and MLBW had been catching up growth since they were bron,especially in head circumference.The speed of growth in LBWP group was higher than that of MBLW from 2th month(P0.05).To one year old,weight and height was always NBWLBWPMLBW,but head circumference of LBWP group had catched up to NBW group. 【Conclusions】 LBMP has bigger growth potential than MLBW.Strengthen health care in pregnancy,so as to reduce the incidence of low birth weight.
