摘要
通过对国内外厌氧工艺的发展分析 ,提出了UASB反应器设备化是今后的发展方向的观点。在“九五”期间对UASB反应器进行了设备化研究工作 ,其中对混凝土结构的矩形UASB反应器 ,结合三相分离器进行了反应器标准化和系列化的设计工作。对国外引进的两种反应器的制作技术进行了圆形UASB反应器的设备化研究。结合工程应用的分析表明 ,用新型材料制成的UASB反应器在技术和经济上具有一定的优越性。
In this paper, the development of anaerobic treatment processes is analyzed. The authors think that among various kinds of anaerobic reactors, UASB reactor, which is extensively used, will be the development both abroad and at home. During Nine Five Year Program periods, the key project for promotion of UASB reactor was conducted. For rectangular concrete UASB reactor, the standard and seriate designs were pursued with a special tri phase separator. The two kinds of new material for production of UASB reactor were introduced, which are used for the circle UASB reactor. The full scale project application indicated that the UASB reactor made with these new materials and techniques is feasible and profitable.
