摘要
根据上流式厌氧污泥床（ＵＡＳＢ）反应器的三相分离器的作用原理，设计出了结构简单的三相分离器装置．通过小型装置的试验，证实了该装置气固液分离是充分的，当污泥回流缝在２．０～３．０厘米，沉降室进口污泥浓度在１６～２４ｇ／１（ｓｓ）时，固液分离效率仍高达８７．８％以上。示踪试验结果是平均停留时间θｐｆ＝民．７８７，推流偏差系数θｐｆ＝０．４７０，进一步说明此置的结构型式和尺寸是合理的。另外，通过试验还表明了采用矩形脉冲示踪法分析沉降室流态是可行的。
According to the principle of gas liquid sludge separation, we developed a new gas-liquid-su separatorwhich is simple in structure. As the results of the cxperiments with a lab UASB reactor, it was demonstrated that the gas-liquid sludge sludge separator is good in its structure,solid-liquid separating rate is high ,the method of analysing flow state in the settlers us-ing the rectangle pules tracer experiments is feasible.
