摘要
三相分离器是UASB反应器的重要组成部分。本文叙述了一种新型高效三相分离器的研究情况。常温下(20~30℃)采用人工合成葡萄糖废水与装有传统结构三相分离器的UASB反应器作平行实验。小型试验结果表明,在保证沉淀区固、液分离的条件下,影响分离器效率的主要因素是产气量,传统结构在有机负荷高于15kRCOD/m ̄3·d时,即会出现污泥流失而导致工艺失败,而采用新型结构三相分离器,预先排除大部分气体,即使有机负荷高达50kgCOD/m ̄3·d,水力停留时间低主2小时仍能稳定运行。新型三相分离器结构简单,易于推广,具有很大的实用价值。
This paper presents the study of a new type of gas-solid-liquid separator with high efficiency in UASB reactor.The performance of reactor with thisnew type of separator is compared with that of reactor with conventional separatorusing glucoss wastewater as a feed at ambient temperature(20~30℃).The pilot-scale experiments show that the main factor affecting the efficiency of the separatoris gas production under the condition that the separation of solid and liquid can beguaranteed. The washout of the bacterium sludge from the reactor with the conventional structure will occur and the process is not able to operate regularly when theorganic space loading of achieves 15kgCOD/m ̄3·d.The maximum organic spaceloading the reactor with a new type separator is 50 kgCOD/m ̄3·d and the hydraulicretention time(HRT) is as low as 2 hours by means of removing biogas in advance.This new type of separator has the advantages of simple structure and high separation efficiency.
