摘要
云南孟连产绞股蓝水提取物经矿酸水解,分离出三个结晶,结晶Ⅱ经紫外光谱,红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱,核磁共振碳谱,质谱测定,并经 X 射线衍射分析,确定其结构为20R-21,24-环-3β,25-二羟基达玛-23(24)-烯-21-酮,是首次发现侧链为环戊烯酮的新达玛烷,命名为绞股蓝苷元Ⅱ(1).结晶Ⅲ为已知黄酮类化合物商陆黄素(ombuin)(2).
From the water extract of Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thurb) Makino collected fromMon-Lian of Yunnan,after hydrolysis by mineral acid and column chromatographyon silica gel,three crystals ware obtained.Crystal Ⅰ and Ⅱ are triterpenoids.Theformer is too little in amount to elucidate it's sturcture.Crystal Ⅱ,named GynogeninⅡ(1),has a tetracyclic triterpenoid skeleton of dammarane-type based on ~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR and mass spectral data,but the NMR data showed it to differ from otherknown dammarane-type sapogenins.A X-ray analysis has now defined the molecularstructure of this hitherto unknown Gynogenin Ⅱ as 20R-21,24-cyclo-3β,25-dihydroxyldammar-23(24)-en-21-one.This is the first time to find the dammaraneside-chain modified to a cyclopantenone moiety.Crystal Ⅲ (2) was designated as theknown ombuin by the spectroscopic data and comparision with the literature.
