摘要
目的 :开发一种高效、实用的提取、分离菝葜总皂苷的技术。方法 :以总皂苷吸附量和解吸率为指标 ,对 4种树脂进行了筛选 ,并研究吸附与解吸优化条件。结果 :所选出的非极性大孔树脂HPD10 0 ,在实验条件下对菝葜总皂苷的吸附量和解吸率分别达到 16mg·mL-1和 90 %。结论 :HPD10 0型树脂能很好地用于吸附。
Objective: To develop a with high efficiency and practicality for separating and purifying total steroidal saponins from Smilax china. Method: Using adsorption capacity and desorption rate of total steroidal saponins as the primary screening index, four resins were surveyed, and the optimized conditions of adsorption and desorption of total steroidal saponins were studied. Result: The adsorption capacity and desorption rate of total steroidal saponins reached 16 mg·mL^(-1) and 90% respectively for macroporous resin HPD100 chosen. Conclusion: Macroporous resin HPD100 could be well used in separating and purifying total steroidal saponins from S. china.
