摘要
将多个抗真菌病基因连同筛选基因 hpt一起导入一水稻品种中 ,共获得 4 9个独立的整合有 1~ 4个抗真菌病基因的转基因植株系。转基因植株中几丁质酶的酶活均高于非转化对照植株 ,且转多个几丁质酶基因或与 β- 1,3-葡聚糖酶基因一起的转基因植株较转单个几丁质酶基因的植株有更高的酶活性。抗病试验表明 ,这些不同组合的 R2 代转基因植株对纹枯病和稻瘟病的抗性较非转化原种对照都有了提高。
Multiple anti fungal genes as well as the marker gene hpt were introduced into rice variety Zhonghua 8, and 49 independent transgenic rice lines containing one to four anti fungal transgenes were obtained. Higher chitinase activity existed in transgenic rice plants than the non transformed plants. And the plants containing multiple chitinase transgenes or β 1, 3 glucanase transgene had more high chitinase activity than that containing single chitinase transgene. Bioassay for the R 2 transgenic rice plants showed increased resistance to rice blast and rice sheath blight diseases.
