摘要
目的 :观察当归醇沉组分对肝 CYP同工酶的影响。方法 :采用 DEAE-纤维素作为分离递质 ,用 3种 p H值不同的洗脱液将当归醇沉物 (ESA)分离为 3种组分 :ESA-1、ESA-2、ESA-3。结果 :发现 ESA和 ESA-3可使小鼠肝脏微粒体中总 CYP量增加 ,ESA-2可抑制 7-乙氧异恶唑 -0 -脱乙基酶 (EROD)的活性 ,ESA-1、 ESA -2、 ESA-3均降低苯胺羟化酶 (AN H)的活性 ,ESA -2则升高红霉素 N-脱甲基酶 (ERD)的活性。结论 :当归可通过影响 CYP同工酶而发挥其在药物相互作用、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等方面的功能。
Objective:It is to study the effect of Chinese Angelica sinensis ethanol sediments on CYP isoenzyme.Methods:DEAE-Cellulose was used for isolation of ESA(ethanol sediments from Angelica Sinensis). Three components were obtained from ESA under three different pH chromatic fluid: ESA-1,ESA-2 and ESA-3. Results: ESA and ESA-3 can increase the content of CYP in mice liver. ESA-2 can inhibit the activity of EROD, but it can increase the activity of ERD. ESA-1, ESA-2 and ESA-3 all can inhibit the activity of ANH. Conclusion:Angelica sinensis functioned in the aspectis such as drug interaction, anti-tumor,anti-oxidation by influenced CYP isopenzyme.\;
