常用药物及蔬果对CYP450各亚型活性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 细胞色素P450氧化酶系是药物代谢的主要酶系,它可被日常饮食及各种药物诱导或抑制,从而产生意想不到的药物相互作用,甚至引起毒副反应。因此,本文对近年来国内外有关文献,进行分析整理、归纳综述,阐明植物、化学物和瓜果蔬菜对细胞色素P450的作用及其调节机制,特别要注意那些与药物相关的主要代谢酶的抑制剂或诱导剂的合用情况,及时地合理调整剂量,避免按经验用药带来的盲目性,有助于真正实现临床用药的合理化和个体化。
