摘要 以工业控制级单片机 80C552 为核心,开发出集测频、调速、调功、开停机操作、故障诊断及与上位机通讯等功能于一体的双微机型电气调节器,并与抗油污能力强、定位精度高、漏油量小的步进电机式引导阀及机械液压随动装置相配接,构成了水轮机步进式微机调速器.试验结果表明,该调速器具有良好的静、动态性能,各项性能指标均达到或优于国标 GB/T96521—1997 的要求. By using the industrial control standard microprocessor 80C552 as the centerpiece, an electrical regulator of dual-type microcomputer, which integrates such functions as frequency measurement, speed and power regulation, open and close operation of water turbine units, defect diagnosis and communication with the upper computer into one body, has been developed. By connecting the pilot valve of stepping electric motor with machinery and hydraulic servomotor device, it can form the stepping microcomputer-based governor for water turbine. The test results show that the governor is of better static & dynamic performances and high reliability, and the performance parameters meet the requirements set in the national standards of GB/T9652.1—1997.
