摘要
提出一种改进的水轮机微机调速器 PID控制算法。改进的 PID控制算法减少了 1次乘法与加法运算 ,减少了 1个变量 ,且简化了 Z传递函数 ,从而使 CPU的计算速度提高了2 0 % ;同时 ,改进的 PID算法取消了延时环节 ,避免了该环节引起的误差 ,提高了计算精度。采用改进型 PID控制算法的水轮机微机调速器的实际运行结果表明 ,新算法明显优于原始算法。
A kind of modified control algorithm for microprocessor based PID governor of water turbine is suggested in this paper. The modified PID control algorithm can reduce the multiple and addition operations and one variable, simplify the transfer functions whereby raising CPU calculation speed by 20%. And at the same time, the modified PID algorithm eliminates the time prolonging link, avoids the errors caused by this link and improves the calculation accuracy. The actual operation results of microprocessor based governor of water turbinadopted with modified PID control agorithm indicate that the new algorithm is obviously supperior to the premitive algorithm.
