摘要 以工业控制级单片机 80 C552为核心 ,开发出集测频、调速、调功、开停机操作、故障诊断及与上位机通讯等功能于一体的双微机型电气调节器 ,并与抗油污能力强、定位精度高、漏油量小的步进电机式引导阀及机械液压随动装置相配接 ,构成了一种新型调速器 :步进式水轮机微机调速器。试验结果表明 ,该调速器具有良好的静、动态性能和很高的可靠性 ,各项性能指标均达到了国标 GB/ T9652 .1— 1 997的要求。 With the industrial control standard microprocessor 80C552 as the centerpiece, an electric regulator of dual type microcomputer which integrates such functions as frequency measurement, speed and power regulation, open and close operation of water turbine units, defect diagnosis and communication with the upper units into one body has been developed. Connecting the pilot valve of step by step electric motor, having strong ability to resist oil dirts, high accuracy of fixing position and small oil leakage with machinery and hydraulic servomotor device, can form a new type of governor——the step by step microcomputer based governor for water turbine. Testing results indicate that the governor is of better static and dynamic performances and high reliability with the performance parameters of each item reaching the requirements set in the national standards——GB/T9652.1—1997.
