摘要
“八五”和“九五”期间 ,我国对中小学校长进行了大规模培训 ,建立了较为正规的培训课程 ,但同时 ,在课程内容上还存在一些问题。本文在介绍前两个阶段中小学校长培训课程的基础上 ,分析了其中存在的问题 ,以期对即将开始的中小学校长“十五”培训提供一定的借鉴。
Our country have trained schoolmaster cosmically during the “eighth-five” and “ninth-five”,and established normal system of training-curriculum,but there also have many problems.First the writer introduced the curriculum of the training of schoolmaster during the two period,and then analysed the problem.I hope the study could use for reference to the “tenth-five” training of schoolmaster in the future.
