摘要
研究了2.0mg/LCu2+分别与1.22、3.84、12.13、38.34、121.17mg/LCd2+联合对长江华溪蟹酯酶同工酶活性的影响。结果表明,铜、镉共同作用对长江华溪蟹酯酶同工酶活性的影响存在组织差异性和剂量效应。
The effects of combinations of 2.0 mg/L Cu2+ with 1.22,3.84,12.13,38.34 and 121.17 mg/L Cd2+ on the activity of esterase isozyme of Sinopotamon yangtsekiense were studied.The results showed that the effect of Cu-Cd combination on the activity of esterase isozyme of S.yangtsekiense had tissue difference and dosage effect.
