金属烤瓷修复体瓷层断裂后光固化复合树脂修复的密合度 被引量:1

摘要 目的:测试金属烤瓷修复体次层断裂后光固化复会树脂修复的密合度,观察有机硅烷偶联剂对密合度的影响。方法:三种试样粘结表面(烤瓷面、金属基底瓷剥脱面、金属基底研磨面)各分为有偶联剂组和无偶联剂组两大组,分别与6种光固化复会树脂粘结后测试粘结界面的缝隙。结果:树脂与烤瓷面间缝隙为0.62~2.65μm,与金属基底瓷剥脱面间缝隙为1.61~3.79μm,二者在有偶联剂组显著小于无偶联剂组。树脂与金属基底研磨面间缝隙为4.67~9.23μm,有偶联剂组和无偶联剂组间差异无显著性。结论:树脂与烤瓷面及金属基底瓷剥脱面间缝隙较小,使用偶联剂可减小界面的缝隙。树脂与金属基底研磨面间缝隙较大,使用偶联剂对该界面的缝隙无明显影响。 Objectives: To measure the microleakage on using light-cured composite resin (LCR) repairng exfoliated porcelain veneer of metal pocelain restoration. And to observe the effects of organosilane on the microleakag. Methods: three types of specimen surfaces (porcelain surface, the exfoliated surface and ground surface of base alloy) were divided into two groups respectively: one group was treated with organosilane and another was not treated. The interfacial microleakage were measured after bonding with 6 kinds of LCRs. Results: The microleakages between the LCR and porcelain were 0.62-1.61um, they were 1.61-3.79μm between the LCR and exfoliated surface of base alloy. When the bonding surfaces were treated with organosilane the microleakages were significantly smaller than those of other groups. The microleakages between the LCRs and ground surface of base alloy were 4.67 1-9.23um, which had no difference between have and have not organosilane groups. Conclusions: The microleakages between LCRs and porcelain surface or exfoliated surface of base alloy were small, which could reduce if the specimen surfaces were treated with organosilane. The microleakages between LCRs and ground surface of base alloy were large. And there were no difference whether the specimen surfaces were treated with organosilane or not.
