摘要
目的研究非贵金属金瓷冠4种不同冠边缘的制作方法对其边缘适合性的影响。方法按照金属底层冠在唇侧边缘依次减少的冠边缘形式制作4组非贵金属金瓷冠。第1组:金属底层冠唇侧延伸至肩台唇侧边缘处;第2组:止于肩台中部;第3组:于肩台龈端与轴壁交角处冠方1 mm处逐渐移行至龈端与轴壁交角处,颈部采用肩台瓷;第4组:止于肩台龈端与轴壁交角处冠方1 mm处,颈部采用肩台瓷。观测分析各组样本的边缘适合性。结果第3组和第4组样本唇侧边缘适合性较好,第1组和第2组样本舌侧边缘适合性较好。结论采用肩台瓷的金瓷冠的唇侧边缘适合性较好;未采用肩台瓷的金瓷冠的舌侧边缘适合性较好(P<0.05)。
Objective To study the influence of the four different crown-margln producing methods of non-precious metal-ceramic crown on the marginal fidelity. Methods Four groups of the non-precious metal-ceramlc crowns were fabricated according to the gradual reduction of the labial marginal types. There were ten specimens in each group. The marginal fidelity was investigated under the microcrope （40X） of the XTB-B type. Results The labial marginal fidelity of the Group 3 and Group 4 was better（P〈0.05）, and the lingual marginal fidelity of the Group 1 and Group 2 was better（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The labial marginal fidelity of the metal-ceramic crown with the shoulder porcelain is better, and the lingual marginal fidelity of the metal-ceramlc crown without the shoulder porcelain is better.
