摘要
目的研究应用非贵金属合金制作烤瓷基底冠的边缘适合性。方法制作20颗金属烤瓷全冠,用立体显微镜分别测量其粘固前、后边缘浮出量及粘固剂的厚度,研究烤瓷冠的边缘适合性及其与粘固剂厚度的关系。结果金属烤瓷冠粘固前后的边缘浮出量因粘固而明显增加。结论粘固后冠边缘间隙的大小与粘固前冠边缘间隙的大小之间的关系呈线性相关,粘固后冠边缘间隙的增加量与粘固前冠边缘间隙大小的关系没有线性相关的关系;粘结对全冠修复体的边缘浮出量有影响。
Objective To study the adaptation of porcelain fused to-metal crown made from non-precious Alloys.Methods Twenty crowns were fabricated with non-precious-alloy. Then the marginal adaptation before and after cementing and the cement thickness were measured with stereomicroscope. The relation ship between the adaptation of porcelain fused to-metal crown and the cement thickness was analysed.Results The marginal adaptation was increased by cementing.Conclusion The experiment showed that: ①There was a linear relationship between the clearance of crown margin after and before cementing, but there was no a linear relationship between the increment of the clearance after cementing and the clearance before cementing. ②Cementing affected the adaptation of porcelain fused to-metal crown.
