摘要
目的分析不同年龄段正常人血清抗角蛋白自身抗体(anti-keratinautoantibody,AKautoAb)的水平与年龄的相关性,并探讨AKautoAb产生的可能机制。方法以人角蛋白进行包被,采用间接ELISA法检测新生儿脐带血、幼儿、成年人及老年人血清IgM与IgG类AKautoAb的水平,并进行Kruskal-Wallis秩和检验分析。结果脐带血IgM和IgG类AKautoAb的水平,均明显低于其它年龄组(P∨0.05);而幼儿脐带血及成年人、老年人血清IgM和IgG类AKautoAb的水平无明显差异(P∧0.05)。结论出生时AKautoAb即存在但水平较低,幼年期AKautoAb的水平迅速增加,以后各年龄段基本保持稳定。
Aim To analyze the correlation between the levels of anti keratin autoantibody in healthy human sera and the ages, and to explore the possible mechanism of AK auto Ab production. Methods Levels of AK auto Abs (IgM and IgG) in healthy human sera at different ages (newborn baby, infant, adult and aged humans) were detected by indirect ELISA and obtained results were analyzed statistically with Kruskal Wallis rank test. Results Levels of AK auto Ab (IgM and IgG) in cord blood were significantly lower than those of the other three age groups (P∨ 0.05), while levels of AK auto Abs (IgM and IgG) in infant, adult and aged humans showed no significant difference in comparison between one another(P∨0.05). Conclusion AK auto Ab are present in serum of newborn baby, but the levels are rather low. Levels of these antibodies increase rapidly during infant period, then remain constant and have a life long stability.
