研究了新型保健食品一低聚木糖乳饮料的生产工艺 ,对影响产品品质的几个主要因素进行了较为深入的探讨 。
The technology for acidic milk drink containing xylooligosaccharide - a new dietary food - is studied. Some major factors affecting the quality of the product are further discussed and the optimal conditions for production suggested.
