摘要
介绍了低聚木糖在饮料、保健食品、焙烤食品等食品工业中的的应用,概述了低聚木糖的发展前景。
In this paper, the application of the xylooligosaccharides in beverages, health foods, bakery products and other food industry were introduced. The prospects of xylooligosaccharide for development were also outlined.
