摘要
作者用半乳糖经乙酰化、溴代、缩合、置换及加成反应制得2-亚氨基-2-甲氧基乙基-1-硫代-β-D-半乳吡喃糖苷,最后与人血清白蛋白偶连后得不同糖密度的半乳糖基新糖白蛋白(NGA),并用^(90)mTc标记后进行了动物及临床试验。结果^(99m)Tc-NGA-21的肝最大摄取率为82.6%,肝显像清晰。
Galactosyl-neoglycoalbumin(NGA) can bind with the asialoglycopro-teins receptor specifically on the surfaceof mammal's liver We prepared NGA indifferent carbohydrate density and madesome animal and clinical tests with tech-netium-99m labeled NGA. The maximumabsorptance of ^(99m)Tc-NGA-21 was 82.6%in liver. We also got the satisfactory ra-diograps of live.
