摘要
报道了以半乳糖为原料制得2-亚氨基-2-甲氧乙基-1-硫代-β-D-半乳吡喃糖苷,再与药用明胶偶联制得半乳糖基明胶(galactosylgelatin,GG)的方法,并用99mTc标记后进行了动物肝显像及体内分布试验,结果表明,99mTc-GG主要集中于肝脏,肝显像清晰,有可能作为一种新的肝受体显像剂。
Galactosyl gelatin (GG) was synthesized by the covalent coupling of a carbohydrate bifunctional reagent, 2imino2methoxyethyl1thiogalactose, to medical gelatin. Animal tests of radiograph in rabbit and the tissue radioactivity distribution in mice with,7 99m Tc labeled GG showed that 99mTcGG can be concentrated specifically in liver, and is possible to be used as a hepatic radiography reagent.
