摘要
本文报道以人脑髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)为抗原制备抗血清,利用国产Na^(125)I建立了人血清MBP放射免疫分析法。经方法学鉴定,该法灵敏可靠,其最小检测量为0.5ng/ml。采用该方法初步测定30例各种神经系统疾病患者血清中的MBP含量表明,血清MBP水平高低可作为中枢神经系统破坏性病损程度的可靠指标,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Using purified human brainmyelin basic protein (MBP) to raise anti-serum in rabbits and to prepare ^(125)I-lablledMBP (chloramine-T mathod), We haveestablished a high specific, precise andsensitive double-antibody radioimmunoas-say for the measurement of human serumMBP. The sensitivity was 0.5ng/ml. In thepresent study, the serum samples of thirtypatients with various neurological diseaseswere detected. An important clinical impli-cafion is that serum MBP level should serveas an index for the damage degree ofcentral neurological diseases.
