摘要
本文对地龙及几种含地龙的中成药的薄层层析鉴别条件进行了研究。方法简便、灵敏,可靠,重现性良好。并比较了国产硅胶薄层板与进口高效薄层板(HPTLC Plate)的图谱。同时采用本法对经稳定性试验(加速试验)6个月后的成药进行了考察,结果满意。
Identification of Dilong and its detection in Chinese traditional patent medicines were studied by TLC in this article. The developing solvent system is benzen-ethylacetate (9:1). Rf of the characteristic spot of Dilong is about 0.32. The method is simple, easy, convenient, sensitive and reliable. The reproducibility of the method is good. The TL chromatognams on silica gel pla te produced in demstic and HPTLC plate is compared. The former can be used for this parpose and more economical than HPTLC.
